Refund and Return Policy

Unless an item is marked non-returnable in the listing the below policy applies.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Should you need to return your item(s) for any reason we will gladly take them back within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, if available or refund of the item price unless item was marked as non-refundable. Items must be in same condition as when sent to you with all accessories and in resellable condition and as much original packaging as possible. Any damage to items or missing pieces or accessories will be deducted from the refund and the amount is at our discretion. We do not charge a restocking fee except as previously noted for damaged or missing parts. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in cases that are clearly our mistake such as shipment of an incorrect item. Any refunds will be made via the same form as payment was made on the order.

After 30 days you may ask for a return and we will consider it. Generally if we take a return after 30 days it will be for store credit only that may be used against a future purchase.

Any return shipping costs are your responsibility except when it is our error as noted above. We recommend using a traceable method and insurance is at your option. If items arrive damaged back to us the cost to repair or replacement will be your responsibility if not insured.
